After a lifetime of the practice of urology, I quit my job employed in hospital-based industrialized medicine and ventured out on my own. I am now a full-time travel doctor and have ordained myself, “TheVasectomyKing.com”, so I read with great interest these articles discussing the rise of permanent male sterilization.

Correlation, causation, and anecdotal medicine permeate these articles. Yes, there are more vasectomies but no one has correlated these with female tubal ligation rates. Perhaps men are finally becoming responsible and deciding to take one for the team…
